We are OSLOSLO, a small bistro located at Youngstorget, in Oslo, aiming to be opening in May of 2024. We are currently looking for a Chef and a Restaurant manager to join our team. The bistro fits 20-30 guests inside and around the same outside.
OSLOSLO is an inventive and intimate bistro that dedicate our entire menu to interpreting one vegetable or produce each month. We interpret local produce that’s in season to create outstanding and affordable dishes. While we find the main ingredient every month locally, we look wider and far for techniques and flavours. You’ll be working together with Victor in executing and developing the menu each month.

Used to executing existing menus and developing and modifying dishes on the go.
Dependable and self-propelled. It’s a small place and you need to be on top of the kitchen yourself.
A joy for the profession and an interest in developing and creating something new.

A few years experience working in restaurants or bars.
Some experience within the world of wines.
A joy for the profession and an interest in developing and creating something new.
Dependable and self-propelled. It’s a small place and you need to be able to handle the restaurant floor.
